The complex is located at 720 N. 143rd Street, Seattle, Washington, 98133 and consists of three residential buildings, three floors each, with laundry rooms. A fourth building provides community rooms and offices. The community rooms include a kitchen, game tables, and couches and is much used. There is no smoking anywhere on the property and also no barbecues or incense are allowed.

This is public housing for persons with low income.
