At Meadows I, II, and III we are dedicated to promoting independent living, preserving dignity, and enhancing the quality of life for our senior community. Spacious one and two bedroom apartments offer full kitchens, grab bars in the tub or shower, and handicap accessibility.

The property is secure with lobby entry intercom systems, in-unit emergency call systems, and a resident manager dedicated to keeping things running smoothly. The community is attractive and inviting with a comfortable community room with a fireplace and a full kitchen that may be reserved for meetings or gatherings with friends and family. A hobby room, library, and outside patio provide common space for recreation and entertainment.

A Social Services Coordinator is regularly available on-site. And, as of July, 2008 Meadows I, II, and III will be a Smoke-Free Building with smoking allowed *only* 25 feet away from the building.

Eligibility requirements: In addition to meeting the minimum age requirement, applicants must meet the income requirements. Eligibility is determined by the number of people *and* the number of bedrooms in an apartment.

For example: One person in a one bedroom must have an annual income of at least $11,952 and no more than $19,950. Two people in a one bedroom must have an annual income of at least $11,952 and no more than $22,785.
