The property is secure with lobby entry intercom systems, in-unit emergency call systems, and a resident manager dedicated to keeping things running smoothly. The community is attractive and inviting with a comfortable community room with a fireplace and a full kitchen that may be reserved for meetings or gatherings with friends and family. A hobby room, library, and outside patio provide common space for recreation and entertainment.

A Social Services Coordinator is regularly available on-site. And, as of July, 2008 Lake Woods II will be a Smoke-Free Building with smoking allowed *only* 25 feet away from the building.

Eligibility requirements: In addition to meeting the minimum age requirement, applicants must meet the income requirements. Eligibility is determined by the number of people *and* the number of bedrooms in an apartment.

For example: One person in a one bedroom must have an annual income of at least $10,872 and no more than $28,500. Two people in a one bedroom must have an annual income of at least $10,872 and no more than $32,550.
